Fees for services will be outlined in your proposal/invoice.
Payment is due as per agreed terms (upfront, milestones, or subscription).

Digital Services (Ads, Design, Development): Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
Subscription Services: Cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial periods.
Chargebacks: Disputing valid charges may result in legal action and service termination.
All work (designs, code, strategies) remains Ariobe.com’s property until full payment.
Upon payment, clients receive usage rights (but not ownership) unless otherwise agreed.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own.
We respect your privacy and protect confidential information under our Privacy Policy. However, we may showcase work in our portfolio unless an NDA is in place.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee 100% error-free results.
Ariobe.com is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.).
Third-party services (e.g., Facebook, Google) have their own policies beyond our control.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
Unpaid invoices become immediately due.
Clients retain rights to delivered work (if paid in full).
Any disputes will first attempt resolution via negotiation.
